1. First Open Run (Windows Key + R) And Type gpedit.msc And Hit Enter.
2. Now Go To Local Computer Policies > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > QoS Packet Scheduler (As Shown In The Picture Below).

3. Click On QoS Packet Scheduler. In The Right Side Pane, Find Limit Reservable Bandwidth And Double Click On It (As Shown In The Picture Above).
4. It Will Open A New Windows. In This Windows In The Right Side Select Enable Option And Set Bandwidth Limit 0 And Click Apply. ( As Shown In The Picture Below ).

Another Trick
Clear The Cookies And Temporary Files
Cookies And Temporary Files Will Cause The Web Page To Load Slowly, They Might Be The Reason For Not Getting Adequate Internet Speed. So Clear The Cookies Manually In The Browser From The Settings And Delete All The Temporary Files From Your Pc By Following Below Steps:
1. Go To Run Then Type %temp% And Hit Enter.
2. It Will Open A New Windows. Here Select All Files And Folders And Delete Them (Shift + Delete).
